Matthew Wetzel Eagle Scout Project

My name is Matt Wetzel. I am currently a Life Scout in BSA Troop 715 working towards my Eagle Scout rank. For my project, I am putting in a flagpole and heart-shaped purple Bougainvillea planters at the Purple Heart Memorial along the Purple Heart Trail near Walnut Grove Park in San Marcos, CA. 
I will not be covering this entire outlined area, the memorial has been set to a spot on the inside of this box. The final layout of the project area is shown below. The hearts are small planters that will be filled with purple Bougainvillea. The flagpole is 35 feet tall and located in between the two planters.
The flagpole is quite expensive, costing about $2000. Other supplies, such as the Bougainvillea, tools for digging the hole to put the flagpole in, lumber to shape the planters and make a frame around the flagpole hole make up the rest. Only 4 percent of scouts ever make Eagle, so help me on my way towards mine, anything helps!
