Amanda's Medical Bills

Hello everyone, I am Katie Heiser and I am a co-worker of Amanda Calhoun..I'm currently sitting next to her in the hospital. Amanda needs our help guys...she is currently in the hospital after a horrible car accident on November 28th. Amanda was making a u-turn when a car going 70 miles an hour (in a 30mph zone) hit her drivers side leaving her with 5 fractures in her pelvis, a broken tail bone as well as a fractured L5 vertebrae. So far she has had one surgery on her pelvis but may need more. Her now totaled car still has to be payed off. Due to insurance error her insurance lapsed by one day and will not cover her at all. Amanda will need many months of rehabilitation to start walking again, leaving her unable to work. On top of that she has to continue paying for a car that is totaled. She will need continued care that the VA will not pay for. She is an extremely hard working woman who attends school full time as well as working two jobs. Amanda served 4 years in the Marine Corps.. she didn't deserve any of this. Let's take some stress off of her shoulders by giving the gift of donation. Any amount helps...
