Help and Hope With Bridges in Haiti

God has given us a chance to help approximately 10,000 people in Tierra Muskady, Haiti have safe and better access to schools, medical treatment and markets by building a much needed 1 meter wide and 62 meter long suspension footbridge. People, animals, carts and motorcycles can cross these types of bridges.
We helped build one in January, but this is the first one we are totally responsible for financially. This is a mission we believe God has given us and we believe He is going to fund it. There are five of us leaving July 10th. Wood, cable, clamps, cement, sand, engineer, volunteers, food, fencing, rebar, design, wench, torque wrenches, gloves, safety harnesses, survey equipment, shovels, picks, hammers, drills, generator, wheel barrel... are all on site.
We are still $8,000 shy of the necessary $30,000 to pay for all the bridge expenses. This is OUR FIRST bridge. We are in the momentum building phase. We are committed to building many more similar bridges in Haiti. We have seen the need and we have seen the amazing benefits these bridges give to the rural communities in Haiti that have such limited infrastructure. We feel like we must get involved, we must help where we can.
Will you please help us help them? These bridges are designed to last between 30 and 50 years! Your donation will have tangible impacts for years to come for school children, expectant mothers, sick and wounded people, and travel to and from markets to buy and sell life's necessities.
