Ivan is my sweet 8 year old son that was abused by his stepmother, while in his fathers care. He has three siblings- my oldest Alyssa (12), then Winston (10) and Ariana (6).
We are seeking your earnest prayers for our family and welcome any donations towards all the court costs and attorney fees that are being incurred in this battle.
Update: I have already filed for full custody but I needed a lawyer to help me at this point in time. The attorney I have hired is going to cost $6500 and I have put everything I have into hiring him. We will request a final hearing but most likely end up going to mediation first.
