Five To Survive

I am a 40 year old 133 kg man who lives with Type 2 Bipolar. This Saturday I am competing in my first 703 half ironman to raise money for a $5 to survive hotline that will give people a chance to reach out in there darkest hour in hope we can save lives and reduce the statistics of Suicide within our communities. Last year I became the fist in the world to cycle East2west across Australia in 45 days , and raised a lot of awareness. This event is a massive challenge just like living daily with mental illness.
