Jean Carlos Vazquez Funeral

Jean Carlos was as pure hearted as they come. Always had a smile on his face. Loved to go out and have fun with his friends. He played sports for fun. Very funny guy. But most importantly he was loved dearly in the community in Albany, NY. However JC was 26 and has left to be in a better place. We ask of any donation to help with his funeral and the process of his remains that are returning to his home country in the Dominican Republic. Anything is greatly appreciated.
