Dominic is a great kid. He loves the Buffalo Bills and hopes to play football someday. He is currently on a waiting list for a heart transplant. There are many expenses not covered by insurance and since we have to travel back and forth between NYC and Rochester for the transplant, there are also traveling expenses involved.
