No More Deaths- Humanitarian Aid Work

I am hoping to raise enough money to spend a month on the U.S.-Mexico border, working with a humanitarian relief, non-profit organization known as No More Deaths. Please take a minute to explore the work that they do here:

I will spend half of the time working on Desert Aid projects in the Arizona desert, going on patrols and bringing aid in the form of water, food, first aid, etc to save people's lives. I plan to spend the remaining two weeks on the Mexico side, working in Aid Centers in the border towns, assisting folks that have been ejected from the U.S. side.
No matter what your politics may be around undocumented immigrants or border security, the vast majority of these people are simply searching for a better life for their families, and hundreds of them die in the desert every year attempting to fulfill that dream by coming to our country. After hearing the gut-wrenching, unimaginably horrific stories of crossing the border or attempting to do so, told first hand by folks I've met in my travels, folks that often barely survived the ordeal and still suffer from physical and psychological distress as a result, I decided that this was work that I could, that I absolutely needed, to put my heart into. So now I'm asking for support in this endeavor.
All money raised here will go to funding my stay with No More Deaths, the vast majority of which goes directly to supplies for the people we are trying to help. Any additional funds raised I will donate to the organization(to basically the same end), or if I can raise enough I will try to fund another friend(s) that can't afford to do this work on their own.
Also, the reward levels are fun but I appreciate any amount!
