Hi my name is Julia, I am a single mum with a grown up daughter who has ADHD and a 3 year old granddaughter who has Autism, I am 47 years old and recently suffered a heart attack and have found out I have an enlarged aortic valve, I'm struggling to pay my bills and pay for my medication and my daughters medication I'm terrified that I'm going to lose our home. Please help us
