On Boxing Day my mom went for a family dinner and came back to her house in a blaze. The house burnt to the ground with her most valued possession...Megan, the sweetest dog. She has lost everything but her purse and the clothes on her back. The house was not insured as it was rural. My mom is the most giving person I have ever met and now it's time to give back. She will have a hard time accepting help but she knows she has no choice. She refuses to take from single moms or anyone struggling, we appreciate you wanting to help but your condolences are enough, please. We can't replace the things that mean the most to her like sweet Megan and all her memories but in a few days when the shock wears off she will realize she has nothing, not even basic necessities so I am asking for your help to make this a little easier for her to bare.
