am Dana Al-Ghussain, a Palestinian mother from Gaza City. My husband, my two little daughters and I face daily struggles; our home and my workplace were completely destroyed. We lost security and our means of livelihood.
My husband's workplace was bombed, leading to the loss of all his money and possessions. Fleeing the intense bombings, we left our home, escaping with nothing to protect us or provide for our future. My children suffered from severe cold as we scattered due to the intense attacks, each of us forced to go to a different place. Our communication was cut off. Our future and lives are unknown. We lost our home, our work, and my brother also lost his livelihood. Our homes were completely demolished, and our lives shattered. I am exhausted from planning, but all my efforts seem in vain. I want the kind and compassionate people in this world to stand with me, support me in overcoming this immense tragedy. I refuse to give up and I'm actively seeking new opportunities to rebuild my life and continue helping others, as we always have.
