It's an event that takes place in January to promote excercise and good mental health and good fitness and well being What do you have to do in the challenge? You have to do an activity a day for 31 days, meaning you can walk 30 mins one day, cycle the next day, you can swim, you can do yoga, you can, do a fitness class, once your moving and being active each day in January What does it cost? It costs €35, so each do an activity (run/walk etc) you do an activity you donate a euro, so 31 days = €31, €35 euro includes amazing finisher medal, finishers certificate and cost of postage ✉️ Who benefits from 31 day January challenge 2022? Besides the cost of medals, 100% of the money goes to three amazing charity's which will be announced ❤️ How do you enter the event?
