LTSP's 3,000km Cycle for Suicide Prevention

Donation protected
A team of bikers within Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention have teamed up to cycle 3,000 km for the month of March to raise vital funds for LTSP to help us prevent Suicide.

The key motivation is to take definitive action to address the growing rates of suicide and mental health struggles in Ireland to date. Mental health conditions have the potential to impact anyone of us and we believe talking about this important issue is a life changing opportunity.  It is staggering how many people have been impacted by suicide, either directly or indirectly, and the painful legacy this leaves. With a vision of creating the environment for every person to have authentic and genuine conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing.

While we know travel is different this year, we aim to achieve this challenge by cycling this distance throughout our 7 patrols a week during the month of March.  The distance covered will be tracked and documented after each patrol and updated on each Social Media platform we hold.

All funds will be donated to our group in order to provide our team with vital equipment to carry out our Day and Night patrols. Our organisation has 40+ members who need to carry essential equipment for any intervention they may face. We also have acquired a Mobile Unit as a transport to carry our equipment, bikes and become an additional pair of eyes on the river. This costs money to run and we need your help to help us do our job.

We understand times are tough for everyone right now and we are extremely grateful for each and every donation we receive, thank you!
