2021eko urtarrilaren 26an, 15 pertsona kaleratu zituzten Gasteizen Los Herrán kaleko 15. atariko etxebizitzetatik. Etxegabetzea polizia-dispositibo indartsu baten bidez gauzatu zen, eta honen emaitza honako hau izan zen: 3 atxilotu; 2 kide Atzerritartasunera bidali zituzten kanporatzeko aginduarekin; 4 pertsona agintaritzaren aurkako atentatua eta desobedientzia larria egotzita, epaiketara joan beharko dutenak; 700€-ko 15 isun desobedientziagatik eta 1200€-ko 28 isun etxe barruan zeuden kideei, desobedientzia eta justizia oztopatzea egotzita. 15 pertsona etxegabetzearekin pozik ez eta indar errepresiboek 30.000€-ko balantzea utzi zuten isunetan, hala ere, ez dugu baztertzen datozen hilabeteetan kopuru hori handitzea.
Etxebizitzaren alde antolatzen direnen aurkako errepresioaren aurrean klase elkartasunez erantzun behar dugula uste dugu. El día 26 de enero de 2021, 15 personas fueron desahuciadas en Gasteiz de las viviendas del portal número 15 de la calle Los Herrán. El desahucio se ejecutó mediante un fuerte dispositivo policial y su resultado fue: 3 detenidos; 2 compañeros enviados a extranjería con orden de expulsión; 4 personas acusadas de atentado a la autoridad y desobediencia grave que tendrán que ir a juicio; 15 multas de 700€ por desobediencia y 28 multas de 1200€ a los compañeros que se encontraban dentro de las casas, acusados de desobediencia y obstrucción a la justicia. No contentos con desahuciar a 15 personas, las fuerzas represivas dejaron un balance total de 30.000€ en multas, aunque no descartamos que en los próximos meses esta cifra aumente.
Creemos que ante la represión contra quienes se organizan en defensa de la vivienda debemos responder con solidaridad de clase. Solo la solidaridad organizada aliviará el peso de esta represión ineludible. Para ello, hemos puesto en marcha una campaña de recogida de fondos o crowdfunding, mediante la cual todas las personas que quisieran aportar podrían hacerlo en la medida de sus posibilidades. Os animamos a participar ya que en el plazo de 60 días intentaremos recaudar 30.000€.
30 000€ FOR STANDING UP AGAINST AN EVICTION
On the 26th of January, 2021, 15 people were evicted in Vitoria-Gasteiz from the flats located at 15 Calle Los Herrán. The eviction was executed using a heavy police presence and resulted in 3 comrades arrested, 2 comrades arrested and sent to immigration authorities with orders for deportation, 4 people accused of interfering with authorities and severe disobedience such that they will have to go to court, 15 fines of 700€ for disobedience and 28 fines of 1200€ for the comrades who were inside the homes, accused of disobedience and obstruction of justice. Not content with evicting 15 people in the middle of winter and during a global pandemic, the repressive forces left us with a total of 30 000€ in fines, and we do not rule out the possibility that in the coming months this figure may well increase.
We believe that we must respond with class solidarity when those who organize in defence of housing rights are repressed. Only with organized solidarity can we alleviate the burden of this unavoidable repression. For this reason, we have started this crowdfunding campaign so that those who want to help out may do so according to the possibilities given their current situation.
