3 y/o face surgery - dog attack

Yesterday (Monday October 22nd) a dear friend of mine (Karena Josefosky) 3 year old son Milo was attacked by a dog - and unfortunately he needed surgery to reconstruct his face. A most recent update is there’s something wrong with his labs - showing he needed an x-ray and an ultrasound for bone and liver. I am giving a trigger warning on the pictures you will see - I just really want everyone to see the severity of this so we can all help Milo and Karena out with such a tough time. We are all very thankful Milo is such a tough little guy and is in good spirits - but his family needs help. Karena will be out of work for a little while and I just don’t want her to worry about finances at a time where she is in the hospital with her son who needs her the most. Prayers help as well.
