HELP KEEP KELLY AND SOFIA TOGETHER

This is a story of my friend Kelly, who is not only one of the most stunning people on the outside but one of the most beautiful people I have ever met in my life. In 2010 Kelly became a mother to beautiful Sophia and was thrusted into the world of special needs. Kelly and Sophia share a bond that is like no other as mother and child. Since Sophia's birth which Sophia's father wanted to terminate at 6 months, Kelly has fought for her daughter's progress and the fact that Sophia is doing as well as she is is because of the undying devotion and love from her mother Kelly. The beginning was very difficult but Kelly never faltered as no mother does as she stood by her little one's side as Sophia struggled for survival. This sadly impacted her marriage to Sophia's father. For the past 3.5 years she has been caring for and fighting for her daughter's medical and special needs battles and very unfortunately fighting ridiculous and constant legal battles brought on by her former husband who has the enormity in means to continually harass, irritate and annoy her through a borage of frivolous legal means. She has been distraught and tormented as she has been continually bullied through constant litigation with subpar  legal represenatation. Despite the very lucrative medical practice that Kelly helped her former husband build, she was left  without alimony nor assets to care for herself and her daughter despite both their medical needs. Their lives have consisted of attending Sophia's many routine medical/therapy appointments, surgeries, procedures, hospital stays, etc. and medical travel all over the state and dealing with grueling legal/court matters on a regular basis. They are needing to raise funds between all the expenses she has to bare and trying to naviagte a leagal system that is biased towards money more than words can explain. Unfortunately being without proper funds for legal expenses has left her and her daughter getting a bad deal in the court system. As crazy and upsetting as it sounds she is in the court battle of her life to keep her daughter and her together. There are countless needs and expenses, the funds being raised would help with including legal and care expenses. Hopefully we can help create the change that is so very needed in this situation.
