Making her dreams come true

My stepdaughter has been saving for college for three years. She graduated a year early while holding a full time job. She was determined to go away for school, but even with scholarships and financial aid it was out of our reach. 

Late this summer we found out that she can go to Cambodia for college and get a great education in business. The best part is it is something we can afford, unbelievable right! She has to be there for one semester before I can get access to her educational fund that I have been saving for her, because of the way the school is set up. So she was going to use her savings to pay for the first term. 

Now three weeks before she is to leave we go to look at her savings account only to find that all of it has been withdrawn. 

As an extra blow we find out it was someone close to her, a person that is suppose to lookout for her, love her and protect her.

Without help she will not be going to school for another year. My fear is that she will be so discourage that she will not try again.

She is a strong, smart, beautiful, hardworking girl who has overcome more obstacles then some adults I know. 

My wish is that she is able to fulfill a dream she has been working so hard for and deserves.
