Oral Surgery Help For School Teacher

I'm a middle school teacher who has dental insurance but recently found out my county did not opt to cover implant coverage. Therefore on my small salary, I need to find $6,380 (insurance will pay $140.00) to have a single tooth implant. I wouldn't normally be in such a need of the tooth if it wasn't missing in the front of my mouth. It affects my speech and my mouth muscles are sore from compensating. I won't even go into the giggling and embarrassment felt by snickering students.
