So in honour of our friend Bill Topping, we'd like to start a little fundraiser in his name for the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation. There is no obligation to any of you, this is just to help if you want to. We'll be making this donation on behalf of Oshawa Memes in honour of Bill Topping, who will soon be enjoying the hospitality and care of that establishment.
