Yesterday, September 17, 2016 while my family and I celebrated a babyshower we heard several shots fired. We would have never imagined that just a few streets away on 44th Avenue our loved one, Phillip Porraz, lied in a driveway and took his final breath with gun shot wounds to his face, head and body. Phillip was a loving young man that always greeted you with a huge smile on his face. He was a kind-hearted individual that was friendly, respectful and always willing to lend a helping hand. Phillip never looked for trouble and he did not deserve to have his life taken in such a brutal and senseless act of violence. He leaves behind his daughter, step-son, mother, brother and many other family members and friends that will deeply miss him. During this devestating time, just one month away from Phillip's 26th birthday, we'd greatly appreciate any donations to help fund his funeral and lay him into eternal rest.
