DAWN IS GOING TO TANZANIA, AFRICA
JUNE 4TH "“JUNE 16TH
I am asking for support to help fund my trip as it is a VOLUNTEER mission.
I am happy and excited to be chosen along with a few select Physicians, Nurses and Internists. Our primary focus will be to help educate the local physicians in their diagnostic and management skills; to discuss standards of care, protocols and best practice management. Most common challenges are Hypertension, Diabetes, Myocardial Infarction, Obesity and Chronic Renal Failure.
I will be Giving a Presentation to Local Physicians on the Topic of Nutrition and Exercise for their patients and also providing Nutritional Counseling and Exercise Protocols for Diabetic Patients. We are also hoping to squeeze in a 2 day safari as part of the adventure. (Yipee)
My goal is to try to raise $3000.00 to cover my travel expenses, hotel and visas. All contributions can be tax deductible.
