Volunteering at KAASO!
Hi Everyone!
This summer I will be volunteering at a school in Uganda called KAASO for two months before business school. I would also like to make a financial donation to the school with your help!
KAASO
was established by Dominic and Rose in 1999 as a very small school of
12 orphans. Both teachers themselves, Dominic and Rose believed everyone
should have the opportunity to receive education, and by the end of
their first year 49 children were enrolled. The school has grown
exponentially since then and now has over 600 children, 10 classrooms, a
community computer lab, and a library.
I will be working with Dominic and Rose to make sure your donations are properly used. With insight from the school founders and my experience in the classroom, I can assure you that every cent donated will be put to good use!
