Willow's Colic Surgery

Many of you know my horse, Willow. She's been with me since I was 13 years old and has my heart.
Last Friday, she suffered a severe colic and had to be taken to the Equine Medical Center of Ocala. It was the scariest night of our lives, but Willow survived a life saving surgery.
She's in recovery and doing great! I'm visiting her every day and yesterday got to take her out for a walk. I am so grateful that my baby is alive!
Her current bill is over $7,000. I paid a deposit of $4,000 on a care credit card that I can pay off over time. My credit is now maxed out, and we're looking for donations or loans to help with the remainder of Willow's bill.
I'm in my final year of graduate school, and hope to start a career next year that will afford me to pay back anyone who has the funds to loan to us.
