My name is Chad and I need your help!
I’m reluctant to do this but I’ve run out of options. I have major dental problems that need to be addressed quickly.
I have a infection from my wisdom teeth that has spread to half my face. The teeth need to me removed. These teeth are also impacting the adjacent teeth so they will have to be removed surgically. Antibiotics aren't helping. This is urgent.
I have no insurance and no emergency fund.
The money raised will pay to have my wisdom teeth surgically removed along with two other teeth and office visits.
I have nowhere else to turn.
