Our neighbor, Dong Yul Lee, 85, was killed in a brutal attack on the streets of downtown Los Angeles. This was a terrible loss for both his family and the DTLA community.
We are asking people to donate money to Mr. Lee's widow and family to cover his funeral expenses and also join us as we come together to mourn his death and call on leaders to work to prevent more attacks and deaths in the future.
Please give whatever you can to support Mr. Lee's family and also join us on Wednesday April 13 at 7:30 pm at the northeast corner of 8th and Olive in downtown Los Angeles.
