Derick and Tanisha Church and their three young daughters was involved in a car accident on Saturday July 30 around 6:30 pm where it changed their life. The three girls where flown to Primary Children 's Hospital and Derick was flown to Provo hospital. Derick has had three surgeries and still isn't done he has at least one more to go on his leg and does not know when he will be able to return to work. because of Tanisha's broken shoulder and ribs she is unable to lift her baby and toddlers when she returns home and no income to pay there bills and the medical bills are adding up with all five of them being in the hospital. God bless!!

     We really feel bad for the other family but we now have no income and we are very afraid of losing our home that we recently purchased, along with so much more any donations are very appricated.
