Help Me Save My Family & Home

My name is KimMarie Johnson-Roussell. I am a widow of a US Navy veteran, and I have been living in my home for 25 years. For the last 10 years, I have been taking care of my aling 92 year-old mother. And now, my 26 year old daughter has been battling cancer. For the past 6 months, she has gone through extensive chemotherapy. At the same time that she has been fighting for her life, my only son has been diagnosed and treated for bipolar disorder.


It has been challenging for me to work, support my family, and maintain the only home I have lived in since my husband past away. Needless to say, it has been one test after the other. I am trying to hold it all together for myself and my family. At this time, I am in need of support from my greater community. I am in danger of losing my house. My home is in jeopardy of being lost to my lender as of Aug. 12th. I am being asked by my lender for $60K  to save my home while at the same time being asked to show proof of income to maintain it, which I will be able to prove when my daughter gets approved for disability. The additional funds will help us with utilities, gas, and growing medical expenses for my daughter and mother.


I am at the end of my rope and this is my last hope. I do have faith in God, and I understand that He puts us through certain trials in our life. I pray that I am blessed with a miracle to help see us through these trials.


I understand that I am not the only one in this situation. I am pretty sure I am not the only one going through this hardship, but am willing to humble myself and ask for help in order to help my family. It is unfair that the banks received their bail out, but when it comes to the average person, we get left out in the cold. We have worked hard all of our lives and will continue to. I would have never imagined us ending up in this position, but trust and know there has to be a way out. We appreciate all of your love, prayers, and support.
