Children At Risk Mission Trip

Hello, my name is Emily Welker, I am a graduate of Valley Oaks Charter School and I am raising money for a mission trip through YWAM Wylie, I will be starting on September 18, 2016.  I will be in Texas for three months and there I will be trained to work with children at risk. What this means is, I will be working with human trafficking kids, orphans, and broken families.  Half the money that needs to be raised will go towards my training courses and the other half will go toward the outreach part of my mission trip.  My mission team and I do not know where we will be sharing the Gospel yet until the end of October but we do know it is either Uganda, El Salvador, or India.  I need 4000 dollars by September 18 and the other half by December.  This mission trip has been on my heart for a long time now. I have always felt a calling to help children and show them the love of Christ. This money is not for me specifically. It will be for the children I minister to during this whole experience. I understand this journey that God has me on will be challenging physically, emotionally, and most importantly spiritually. This money that any of you give me will be a part of something great. Lives will be changed however you support me whether by prayer or financially.
