Help Us Put Our Dad To Rest!

Melvin Drummond (Willy) was a truly amazing man. His bright and outspoken personality drew so many people close to him... He was a man of integrity, a man that held his family so tight; to make certain all of us knew we were never alone. He was a man of the wilderness, hunting and fishing, camping and hiking. He worked for over 25 years as a compressor mechanic. Melvin (Willy) was a man of God. In all his silliness he made sure we knew where we came from, and make sure we respected it as well. In his time here he met the love of his life and soul mate, Heidi Golden. They were married and had their first child in 1983. Two more followed shortly thereafter. Lacey Kristy and Kara where the joy of his life as were his grand babies that came after the girls had grown. In 2007 Heidi was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Her long and grueling battle ended in 2010 leaving Melvin and the girls heartbroken and bewildered. In 2014 Melvin (Willy) moved back to his hometown in Pennsylvania to be near his youngest daughter Kara. A few weeks ago, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The girls were again heartbroken knowing after watching their mother leave us so young, that they must watch their father lead the same fate. A few short days after he was diagnosed Melvin was admitted into the hospital in Johnstown Pennsylvania. Not much longer after, the Lord called him home to be reunited with the other half of his heart. When either parent passed away, there were no arrangement or preperation for afterlife services or burial... Now the girls need our help to put their Dad to rest. If you please could find it in your heart to put these young ladies hearts and minds at ease, donate to the cause! The last thing they need is a financial burden right now.
