Tracy's Nails Orphanage in Vietnam

Donation protected
Tracy Vu is an extraordinary example of not only the 'American Dream' but of the kind of people it takes to make this world a better place for human kind.  She is the change she wants to see in this world.

Being a struggling single parent in Vietnam showed her the hardships of life.  A long life story lead her to open her own Nail Salon in Capitola California in 2006. Due to Tracy's rock solid work ethic, attention to detail, and quality control, her salon has been consistently rated 'Best of' by the Santa Cruz County residents every year since she has opened.

One of the reasons she is so special is her HUGE heart.  In her own words: "I just want to help people."

Tracy works so hard each and every day for one reason.  TO GIVE BACK. To make a difference in other people's lives. Tracy spends her own hard earned money to fund missionary trips back to her homeland in Vietnam.

"Every dime donated plus her own money goes toward helping less fortunate people."
~As quoted in the Sept 29, 2013 Santa Cruz Sentinel Article on Tracy by Jan Furman who accompanied her on the 2013 trip.

Looking at the photos and videos of these people in which lives she's touched is beyond words to describe. To see the selfless generosity flow from one person so freely is amazing. Inspiring. Life changing.

In 2010 Tracy provided thousands of pounds of food to nourish hundreds of villagers.  She brought thousands of dollars to pay for student scholarships.

In 2013 Tracy raised $25,000 between herself and the Santa Cruz community.  This trip, she provided 150 senior citizens from several small viallages transpotation, lodging and Cataract Eye Surgery. She also delivered  health care & schooling supplies to 4  different Orphanages.  She delivered thousands of pounds of food to an entire impoverished comminuty who live on a lake between Cambodia & Vietnam.

Over the years, she and her family have also quietly given back to less fortunate here in the central coast of California.  Just one example; Tracy provided over 50 new jackets in the winter of 2012 for farm workers and families.

This November 2016 Tracy is planning her next philanthropic missionary trip!  This time, her focus is to Build an Orphanage/School for an extremely remote jungle community in Vietnam.  She is working with a local church there to coordinate the supplies and begin work by Sept 2016.  She will set up a cook for the school, as well as monthly health visits from traveling Doctors.  This will be the only facility like this for hundred of miles.  Children will have a school.  Orphans will have a home.  All because of Tracy and her vision and her incredible drive to succeed in her goals.

Please consider giving to this amazing fundraiser, knowing that your money will be used to change lives in the jungles of Vietnam.  Who knows what those lives can do, if given the basics of food, shelter, and schooling.  These children are the next generation of this world.  Show them how to care by showing that they are cared for.
