Music for Healing: first concert!

We are la speranza, a group of musicians who are passionate about bringing music from the 18th and 19th centuries on historically appropriate instruments to Houston communities in order to promote physical and emotional healing.
On March 30, 2017, la speranza is giving their first concert, hosted by Christ the King Presbyterian Church at 8 pm. The program will feature historical clarinet virtuoso Thomas Carroll in masterpieces for clarinet and string trio by Bernhard Crusell and Johann Nepomik Hummel and will be free to the public.
All proceeds from freewill donations at the concert will help us bring music to area hospitals later this season.
