Now that I’m home to hard part is coming

Hi my name is Lisa and I had cancer in 2020 and they took my left kidney due to a grapefruit size mass And now I have chronic kidney disease and my only kidney is working at 34%  in May it was at 57% ,Aug it was 45%,so just that fast it’s declining ..I was in Charlotte alone and now I’m back home in Orlando,but my fight is just starting,my outcome will be a kidney transplant..I need any help anyone can give …I want to be able to take care of my Dog Zoey if it wasn’t for her this journey would be even harder ..I want to be able to be strong enough and be there for her ..So what ever you can donate I so appreciate it…
