KarYar is a social enterprise to train skilled software developers in underprivileged and low-income communities and connects them to well-paying jobs in the technology sector. By empowering the youth and creating employment we are building a better future for all.

Achievements in the first two years of operation:
- 400 students have trained since 2020
- 70% of graduates entered the job market
- 95% came from low-income communities and minorities
- Partnership with 20 big employers and 26 NGOs
Our goals with this campaign:
- Develop KarYar Studio for creating more job opportunities and enable remote work from underprivileged areas
- Scale KarYar impact by increasing the number of trainees to 2000
- Advocacy for diversity and inclusion in Tech companies to provide internship and work opportunities for women and minorities
