Darl Snyders Relief & Rebuild fund.

Erskine fire has been devistating and has done unbelieveable damage.   I wish I could help everyone but unfortunately I can not.   I know what its like to loose everything you have, as I have also been through a fire.   When this happened, my Dad, Darl Snyder sent me money to help me rebuild.   I can never thank him enough or fully repay him, but certainly want to do all I can.   I have never asked anyone for help, not even when I lost my own stuff.   I know my Dad will never ask anyone for help, but I also know he has helped a lot of people including myself.   Those who he has helped, I know he could use the favor returned.   Those who hes never had the opportunity to help, please do what you can as well.   He had cashed in his 401k and had solar panels that would have eventually paid for themselves.  They were lost.   I can not even put a value on his shop and all the tools that were lost so maybe a post directly from his facebook will get the point across.  

"What do we do now? I am looking at what is left of my home and thinking that there are several hundred others in the same situation.
So I will give some thoughts. Do we rebuild? Some will, some won't. I will this is more than a house. it is home. I am lucky, mine still stands. the homeless need basic items and the community will step up to fill those needs. but what next? after the clothes, food and water shows up. People will start sifting the ashes Then the reality sets in. The simple things you need for day to day life. some electric tape to repair the only surviving extension cord. A hammer and some nails to nail some charred boards together. A screwdriver. It is going to be all the simple thing that we used to take for granted."



Please help if you can.   I am going to do all I can, but I know its not enough.
