Help A Talmid Chacham x 2 Weddings

I was recently informed that my cousin from England, a sparkling talmid chacham and dayan living  in Eretz Yisrael, was struggling under the expenses of  having made two weddings within a few months. The expenses of two weddings would be  a struggle for most of us, all the more so for someone who is learning and teaching for a living.  
Though he has not openly asked for assistance,   I was told by a friend in close contact with him that he could really use the help and would greatly appreciate it.
This is among the purest forms of tzedaka  for a beautiful, sweet family. Please help ease their burden.
