Abandoned Wife and Young Daughter.
Kimberli Ramey and her 5-year old daughter, Paige, desperately need your help. Six months ago, Kim’s husband and Paige’s father abandoned the family for a new girl-friend leaving them with no finances in their Clermont, Florida apartment. Her husband drained the bank account prior to leaving and ran up charges to the maximum limit on her credit card leaving Kim destitute with no way to pay bills and with destroyed credit. Her parents have been helping with the rent during this time but are retired and living on social security with very little discretionary income.
Kim is doing everything she is capable of to raise money including doing odd jobs for neighbors. Kim and Paige will be evicted on August 1st unless she can pay the rent and can show proof of adequate income. To complicate matters, ongoing custody issues prevent her taking Paige and moving from the area to live with relatives. In her current situation, Kim cannot even qualify for a new lease if evicted and could lose custody of her daughter if she cannot provide adequate housing.
