On 4 June, the Bernie Sanders Caucus of the Third Congressional District of Oregon elected me to represent our voice for a massive, intersectional, progressive movement! My name is John Knight. I am a feminist. And I am a national delegate for Bernie Sanders!
Philadelphia is only a few weeks away, and we have much to accomplish between now and 25 July. The Democratic National Committee chose to house the Oregon delegates in a hotel that will cost us between $250-350/ night. I will be in Philadelphia starting the night of 24 July until after the night of 29 July (6 nights). Hotel costs will be around $2000 alone. Additionally, we anticipate food costs will be high due to the accommodations and high pace of the convention. Fortunately, I have airline miles to cover the flights to and from Philadelphia!
We have all been working to achieve an unprecedented victory! Please help me get to Philadelphia to carry our progressive message to the DNC, Philadelphia, and the entire country!
