Memorial Tribute to Iris Maldonado Leon

Hello family and friends. It is with great sorrow that on January 7, 2021 at 5:40 am we lost a family matriarch, Iris Maldonado Leon. She was born on July 26, 1954 to Jose Maldonado and Carliopa Lopez. Iris was married to Jose Domingo Leon “Spider” and is survived by her 4 children, Dyalelah Leon, Jose Antonio Leon, Luz Delia Leon, Francisco Leon and grandchildren, Amanda Carliopa Rios, Gabriel Stone Rios,Luz Delia Leon, Serica Selena Samms, Iyania Sunshine Martin, Casandra Toni Leon, Xavier Tony Junior Leon, Heaven Lucy Venus Leon, Francisco Leon Jr., Skilyn Emani Leon, GreatGrandson: Gabriel, who loved her more than life. Iris gave everyone unconditional love and never judged. She always greeted you with terms of endearment such as “Papi” and “Mamita” and her door was always open for anyone and she never asked for anything in return. Her beautiful spirit will be extremely missed. Iris has been ill for quite a long time, and her strength and will wanting to be with her family made her a fighter each time. This time we didn’t get her back, but we also know she is no longer suffering. As we are saddened by her death and want to send her off with a modest funeral the financial burdens of life and these hard times got away from us. We are asking to assist us in providing Iris a send off with dignity, respect and love in the exact manner as she gave us. Thank you all.
