Valerie Leon is a hard working mother, sister, aunt and friend whose recent diagnosis of metastatic lung cancer came as a shock to herself and her family. Valerie is an ambitious, strong and God-fearing woman who always made a special attempt to stay healthy and provide for her family. The cancer diagnosis, although frightening, has not affected her fighting spirit. She is determined to remain positive and beat this cancer.
