Help Alejandro take Paternity Leave

Friends and family, as most of you are aware, we are getting ready to welcome our baby girl into this world, and embark on the journey of parenthood for the first time.
If you know me, then you know that I am never one to ask for any handouts, but I need to swallow some of my pride this time. Unfortunately, the company I work for (even though they ARE amazing people) does not offer paid maternity or paternity leave, which puts me in the position to choose between taking an unpaid absence from work, or, missing out on that crucial first week of Aella's life so I can keep paying the bills. I want to strive to be the absolute BEST father and partner that I can possibly be, and the thought of not being able to help Rhiannon after she gives birth so I can work, is so sad to me. If you think you can help, or if you know anyone who can, I would be so gracious for it. ❤
