John Brown Memorial Donation Fund

John Brown, former coach and principal in the Reeds Spring school system, passed away on November 25th after a long battle with cancer. During and after his tenure at Reeds Spring, John was a big supporter of youth sports and activities. He was a founder of a youth baseball program  and many basketball programs in the area and coached numerous baseball and basketball teams. The Reeds Spring Youth Activities program provides many opportunities for local boys and girls such as basketball, baseball, softball, football, volleyball, cheerleading and more. There is a cost for kids to participate. In memory of John, we have decided to raise funds for this important program to help cover the costs for those kids who may not be able to. Once collected, the donation will be made in John's name. John made a significant difference in the lives of hundreds of kids and the funds donated will make a huge impact on kids today and for years to come in the community he loved so dearly. We appreciate any donations made. If you are not able to donate money, consider donating your time to a good cause in your community.
