100 Men For Newburgh

100 Men For Newburgh is specifically a call for Men from ages 12 and up to join together to strategize and organize as a collective to end the violent gun crimes in Newburgh, New York.  As City Councilman for the City of Newburgh, I have elected to lead and organize this signifcant charge.  Therefore in doing so we have been planning to reach our young men with mentoring, sharing career training information and resources that will lead them to meaningful employment and careers.  We also plan to establish ourselves as a fully functional 501c3 Non-For Profit Organization.  

In additon, we  plan to expose young men money, banking and finance.  We want to expose them to the idea of how to legally diversify their income  through financial literacy seminars and trips to the New York Stock Exchange as well. We hope to collectively as 100 Men for Newburgh to create opportunities for our young men through collective economics and sharing resources make better choices with their time.  

Furthermore, we  want to brand our organization with t-shirts, cups, and create a website for information with updates on our community support and mission. 

So to create an action plan and to organize our Non-For Profit structure, we need funds to achieve success.
