We need help to keep our family off the street

Hello, my name is Rebecca. I have 3 children. My oldest is not with me right now. My two youngest, my one and a half year old and my 8 month old are with me. My fiance is trying very hard to step up and do the right thing and right now we need some serious help. One month ago my fiances grandma informed us that we have until Dec 15th to get moved out because she no longer plans on renewing her lease. Everything that we had began to save up after we found out we ended up giving to his grandmother to make sure we at least had a roof over our heads for the next 2 months. We are now a month away from when we have to leave and we have nothing saved up. Despite him getting a new job that pays a little more. I don't want to end up in the streets with my babies and risk losing them. Thats my worst fear. We just need a little bit of help so we can get moved into our own place. We dont have any other options on places we can go to. If you could find it in your heart to help it will mean the world to us. Thank you and god bless you.
