Kealoha's BBQ Truck Fund

Donation protected
This fundraiser was created on behalf of the Campbell 'Ohana:

Krystie and Kealoha Campbell are the humble owners of Kealoha's BBQ located in Denver, Colorado. They are originally from Hilo, Hawai’i, but in 2019 they decided to take a leap of faith and relocate to Denver. Their love for Hawai’i and their passion for serving others led them on a journey to spread aloha by sharing some of Hawaii's favorite foods with the world. They opened Kealoha’s BBQ at 16th street mall in Downtown Denver in October of 2019 and shortly closed the doors to their food truck due to Covid-19. With their relentless drive, passion for their business, and the unwavering support of the Denver community, they were blessed to reopen in June of 2021.

Anyone who has ever met Krystie and Kealoha knows that they are two of the most hard-working and dedicated individuals. They are not only committed to their business and serving the Denver community, but even more than that, they are genuinely good people who are passionate about what they do and who they serve. The love that they pour into their business has allowed them to build strong relationships with their customers and the community whom they faithfully serve on a daily basis. Many of them have even become part of their extended ‘ohana (family). Although they have experienced their own struggles and setbacks in the past, they have always gone out of their way to help those in need. They have taken the homeless community under their wing and graciously serve them free meals at the end of each day. They have touched hundreds if not thousands of lives through the genuine relationships they have built and their AMAZING food!

However, life doesn’t always go as planned. Currently, their hearts are heavy, and in an instant, their lives have changed. On June 6th, 2022, their 2000 Dodge Ram truck was stolen from a parking structure in Denver. A police report was made, but unfortunately, there is nothing being done to actively locate the stolen vehicle and missing equipment. Krystie and Kealoha rely heavily on this vehicle to run Kealoha’s BBQ. Kealoha’s BBQ is their livelihood, and due to this unforeseen misfortune, they are unable to operate their business which is a frightening realization. We are humbly reaching out for your help. We are kindly asking for any monetary donations to help support Krystie and Kealoha in this unexpected time of need and hardship.

All donations received will go to the Campbell 'Ohana to assist with the financial expenses to help replace their truck so they may go back to serving the Denver community. While the search for the missing truck continues, we are optimistic that the support of friends, family and the community will carry them through this difficult time.
