Emergency Funds

Hello my name is Maria Ibarra, I am requesting if the public can please help me out with some emergency funds. I am a single mother of 2 children, no child support or an active father present for both my children. My oldest son has autism so I am a work at home mother. I PCA for my child and that is the only source of income I have. 
I've been harassed by ANTHONY PEREZ since 2016 the harassment has progressed and I was physically assaulted by ANTHONY PEREZ halloween morning around 2:30am. I started a harassment restraining order back in 2018, but because of the fear of my safety and the safety of my children I decided to not move forward with the order. In 2019 - 2020 the harassment continues. Since then ANTHONY PEREZ has smashed my car window twice, smashed my parent's house window, physically assaulted me, has called my autistic child RETARDED on multiple occasions, continues to call me and left me an unwanted voice message and text messages. He's legally considered my stalker at this point in time. He will not stop and continues to harass due to his mental illness. He sends a harassing message to my best friend threatening to harass her as well, states that she's picking sides which clearly shows his mental instablity. He has showed up to my parent's residency twice, he's involving his baby mama and older brother to assist him in harassing me. 
I am requesting the amount of funds, because I need money to sue the city Saint Paul for failing me when I did finally go through with the harassment order this summer of 2020. However my order was denied September 2020 and now i am in more danger because he continues to get a thrill off harassing me. I will need to pay for a good lawyer. I will need the funds to help move out of the apartment i am currently living in, hopefully move out of the state as soon as possible. I will need the funds to pay for the damage to my parent's residency because according to the landlord I am being held responsible for having a stalker. I will need the funds to pay for the damage that has been done to my vehicle and I will need the funds for whatever the future holds for me and my children and personal belongings. I would also like to use the funds to invest into a good home security system! Please and thank you. 
I have to start fresh somewhere far away as possible and as soon as possible. ANYTHING WILL HELP AT THIS POINT I JUST REALLY NEED THE HELP. 

if anyone has any information on ANTHONY PEREZ, ARIELA GARCIA OR DANIEL GAMBOA PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE. they have not been able to locate ANTHONY PEREZ. A rush warrant has been issued.

I have more graphic photos but I am still highly uncomfortable showing them to the public eye. ANTHONY PEREZ is also trying to victimize himself and pretend that I am targeting him. Making false accusations of me harming his children and residency and his girlfriend is trying to validate this psycho behavior they’re doing by making statements saying I’m jealous of them being goals.
