Helping my mom recover from a flood

A little about my moms luck... 5 years ago my step dad suddenly passed away leaving my mom with tons of bills and owed taxes from his business. After losing almost everything she has been struggling ever since. Unfortunately life keeps smacking her around and she needs more help than we can give. Our house flooded and There are a lot of damages done to our house and she has lost almost everything she had left with no flood insurance she stands to lose more...
