Help me to fight for justice and the truth

Hi everyone, My name is Mehmet Erhan and I am fundraising for the cost to have legal representation. Due to Carona Virus and the financial pressures everyone faced I was forced to be estranged from my young family and my injured ex partner in Melbourne as there economic structure was still more stable at the time or so I thought. I have been forced into my current situation that has resulted into a legal battle with Two very powerful and yet power playing government departments, due to an error of both of S.A health and the South Australia Police. I was dragged from my home in the dead of night with more than 2 dozen enforcers cuffing me fracturing my wrist and not giving a crap about the mother of my children who was very ill at the time and two little boys. My story goes something like this. After realising I wrongly judged Melbourne's economic status I spent 5+ months trying to gain access back to S.A but definitely not without a lot of No's. I was granted entry back into Adelaide from Melbourne I late September as I needed to get home to my ex partner, 3 and 2 year old boys who where struggling as I was stuck in Melbourne and I didn't have the funds upfront for hotel quarantine. I got the grant to enter by S.A health and SAPOL govern the borders. I received a letter that stated a list of very set out structured, timed guidelines that were changed at the boarder by the police. Originally I was told I required a police escort and was to be at the border for 10am or 2pm to ensure a patrol car would be at the site. There was a border mobile testing unit amongst the border protection set up. I was told by SAPOL that a escort was not necessary as I was in a remote stage 2 area of Victoria, I was told to go straight home, not stop anywhere and to have a test when I could. I arrived home to a very exhausted wife who suffers from a spinal injury and a auto immune disease which unfortunately cause her blinding migraines that can sometimes last a week and she was at the beginning of one. This means days on sedative medication and bed rest so I was to care for my ex partner and our two little boys 2 and 3. I knew the best thing to do was book a test with clinpath as they where coming to my house to test for Covid it was a two day wait although while waiting i was isolated at home. At around 1am on the 5/10 the police came in big numbers to escort me to the Pullman to complete my quarantine this was day 4 in Adelaide, I explained my story...situation, My ex partner Cried and begged as she was on medication and the kids were asleep they refused to listen so I asked for time to make a few calls to ensure my ex partner and kids were safe. I was then threatened with a Battering Ram if in didn't come out in 5 seconds I was being arrested I left  willingly as my ex partner cried to not let them break the door down. I was then arrested and forced out of my home from my sick ex partner and two children who really rely on me. (Chanel 7 did a news segment on me) I was put in the cells for 3 days no food no blanket and a blocked leaking toilet that wet the floor I was forced to sleep on. I have been charged with two counts of failing to comply with a direction x2 which could attract potential jail time. I was issued a fine for failing to comply with a direction of over $1k and now need help with my legal cost to prove Sa health and sapol are fault. I would like to say thank you for everyone that has taken the time to read my story and would appreciate any help anyone could offer. My ex partner and kids would appreciate you helping there father stay out of jail and proving that I am innocent. The amount I am hoping to raise is about half the costs as I will borrow the rest from family. I am not the one to normally ask for help but because I have not worked for the past 7 months due to covid 19 and ex partner becoming increasingly worse I have no choice other then put my pride aside and share my story. Iv struggle each day for the past 40 years with mental health and this now added to my mental state and not being able to focus on my family. If I succeed and recover costs from the Causing sectors We will split the money 50/50 to charities my family love helping when we can
