Tequila Gardens Gives Back

Due to the current pandemic the tourist economy in Mexico has plummeted, leaving hundreds of thousands without jobs and income. Tequila Gardens Restaurant has taken it upon themselves to go out and feed the people. No questions asked. if you are hungry, you are welcome. The majority has been children. Approximately 80% of food has been served to children. It has never been a secret that there are starving children in Mexico, it is just now more prevalent with the loss of jobs This of course comes at a cost. There have been some very generous donations already, but as we all know this is not ending anytime soon. The cost to feed one child is 7 pesos and 1 adult approx 10 pesos. for $100 you could feed upwards of 15 children and /or 10 adults. There is no donation too small and all donations are appreciated immensely. Thank you to all of the amazing volunteers and Bruce Piggott of Tequila Gardens for organizing this all.
