Carter Cares

My 5 year old son Carter is raising money to help a homeless shelter for families be built in our community. When he heard about the family support center having a kindness rally to help raise money instead of just going there ourselves and donating he had a great idea. He picked some berries off of our bush and said “mommy we can sell these to help the homeless families even more” Well I’m pretty sure those berries are poisonous so no one wanted to purchase them, however they were so inspired by his compassion and hustle that they started to donate. Through cash app and in person he’s already at $1,000 collected and now that it has snowballed we figured we would start the go fund me for people to feel comfortable donating who don’t know our family personally.
