Disabled veteran and family in need

We are a medically retired military family with 5 young kids. My better half is a veteran who served 9 and 1/2 years with the Army and Army National Guard. He had planned to serve our country into old age until injuries received during tour in Afghanistan took that dream he had started right out of highschool. May 19 2017 our home caught fire and was a complete loss with us being under insured. Since then our world has turned upside down.He has been diagnosed with severe PTSD, a TBI, anxiety issues, partial loss of mobility with his right arm. Along with a few other physical and mental disabilities. He often requires help with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, making appointments, taking medicine and many other things. I am his 24/7 caregiver as well as s/o and mother of his children. That is our daily life, for us the war never ended.Since our fire we have tried to make a new life. Right now we live in a 3 bedroom 1970s mobile home that was severely water damaged then abandoned for 4 years before we got it. The kitchen had to be gutted from mold and the floors were destroyed. We have tried to fix everything but we're on plywood floors with holes in them and still dont have a full kitchen or a kitchen sink. The heater/A.C. unit is the same that was in here when we got the place and often falls short of keeping it comfortable. The air conditioner was completely ripped out by the prior owners leaving us to struggle with using a 90s model window A.C. unit. We have a dream to put a new house here but we have to work with what we have until we get back on our feet. We are currently working on paying off loans we got to do the DIY repairs we have done. Living on his disability leaves very little after bills are paid for food and gas, leaving nothing to repair our home. We have even tried finding a cheap 4-5 bedroom mobile home to replace here to no avail. We have exhausted everything we can think of to find help.Thank you sincerely for your time!!!
